Neustar Security Services (now Vercara) is a leading global provider of cloud-delivered security solutions. Their leadership team had ambitious plans for 2023 and wanted to ensure their global sales team were inspired, motivated, and aligned for the year ahead.

We developed the theme ‘We Choose the Moon’ a concept that embodied the company’s determination to aim higher and never compromise on its goals. Inspired by JFK’s iconic speech announcing the US mission to the moon, the theme reflected vision, courage, and collaboration.

The event took place in Orlando, Florida, culminating in a gala dinner at the Kennedy Space Center. Astronaut Dr. Don Thomas headlined the evening, sharing valuable insights and lessons on teamwork and perseverance from his years with NASA and his missions to space.

Following the success of this event, we partnered with Vercara for the next three years to design and deliver their annual Sales Kick-Off, a collaboration that continued until their merger with another organisation.
